Whisk & Bean started with a simple idea: specialty-grade drinks shouldn't come with specialty-grade pretension. We built a trailer, sourced the best beans and matcha we could find, and set out to prove that quality and accessibility belong together.

It started with two friends and a simple frustration: why couldn't you get a genuinely great coffee or matcha on the go without paying through the nose for it? Everywhere we looked, it was either quick and average or quality and overpriced. We wanted both. So we decided to build it ourselves.
We pooled our savings, bought a trailer, and spent far too long arguing over the exact shade of green for the paintwork. We taste-tested more beans than we can count, flew in matcha samples from three different regions in Japan, and obsessed over every detail until it felt right. But eventually, we got there.
Whisk & Bean is what happens when two people who care about quality refuse to accept that it has to come with a premium. One trailer, the best ingredients we could find, and prices that don't make you wince. That's it. That's the whole thing.
This isn't a side project. The trailer is the whole business. We spent months researching, speccing out, and choosing the right van - one that could handle everything we needed and look good doing it. It's how we keep prices low and quality high. No rent, no overheads, no middlemen.
We go where the people are. Markets, festivals, office parks, events. Every morning is a different spot, a different crowd, and another chance to make someone's day a bit better with a proper cup. We've served in the rain, in the wind, and once in a hailstorm that lasted about four minutes but felt like an hour.
It's become more than a way to serve drinks. It's how we connect with people. Quick, friendly, no fuss. The kind of experience we always wished existed before we built it ourselves.
